Shiraz-Viognier, Brookfield Reserve The blending of Shiraz with a splash of Viognier has long been practised in the Northern Rhone Valley - home of arguably the greatest Shiraz vineyards. Marques de Morano Rioja Reserva The King of Spanish grapes, Tempranillo, is here blended with a small amount of the revered Graciano variety. Pinot Noir, Estancia As a wine region, Monterey is not cut from normal cloth. Lack of any significant rainfall should prevent the growing of grapes, however thanks to the Salinas, an underground river, water is plentiful when needed. These dry conditions coupled with cooling mists from Monterey Bay are ideally suited to producing top-quality Pinot Noir. From wines up to 40 years old, this wine is a delicius, seductive example with silky berry and cherry flavours and a lovely touch of vanilla. Try this with our Japanese curry....	USA			£28
Garnacha, La Miranda de Secastilla In the Secastilla Valley 700 metres above sea level on stony slopes, Garnacha (Grenache) grapes for this wine are hand-harvested from very old vines. The resulting Wine is deep ruby-red with intense concentrated blackberry fruit laced with sweet oak on the nose. A supple, sumptuous and well-rounded mouthfull of spicy cherry and plum flavours, with a long succulent finish.	SPA			£42
